AI Employee · Restaurant Operations
MeetVictor, the AI Manager Built for Restaurants.
Victor answers the phone, takes real to-go and catering orders against your live menu, checks guests in when they arrive, and hands you the numbers — sales, no-shows, and what every call was about — so your team can focus on guests in the room instead of the phone in the back. Dine-in reservations, floor and ticket-flow awareness, and vendor coordination are next on his roadmap — marked Coming Soon below. Designed for independent restaurants, cafés & bars, food trucks, caterers, and small groups.

What a Victor Install Ships With Today
No roadmap asterisks on this list — every item below is built and running today. Anything still in progress is in the roadmap section below.
Real phone ordering
He takes the whole order by voice, reserves it against your live capacity, and emails a secure payment link. Card numbers are never read over the phone — ever. We set up and configure the Square or Stripe account that link is paid into, as part of your build-out.
A menu that is never stale
Prices, ingredients, and today’s availability are loaded into every call, so Victor cannot quote last week’s menu.
Order status & arrivals
Guests ask “is it ready?” or say “I’m here” — Victor checks them in and the kitchen gets an alert to bring it out.
Catering lead capture
Date, headcount, service level, and details captured on the call, day or night — even for requests that are not on the menu. Pre-priced catering packages can be ordered and paid online, for pickup or delivery inside your service area (flat delivery fee); setup and full service are quoted per event.
Pickup windows with real limits
Guests pick a time; full windows are simply not offered. No twelve-orders-at-noon pileup.
Sold-out waitlists
A sold-out day captures emails instead of losing them, so you can tell everyone waiting in one click when a spot opens.
Guest email automations
Order confirmations, pickup reminders with one-tap check-in, review requests, and a weekly menu email — unsubscribe built in.
Owner dashboard
Today’s orders, prep counts, sales, no-shows, and pickup progress on your phone, with CSV exports for your accountant.
Call log & analytics
Every call classified: what people wanted, what converted, what went unresolved — so you know what your phone line is doing.
Store credit in one click
Make it right fast: issue a credit and a single-use code lands in the guest’s inbox automatically.
Your Stripe, your money
Payments settle to your own Stripe account, and we take no per-order commission — compare that to the 5% some ordering platforms keep.
The boring stuff that keeps you selling
Bot protection on every form, an audit trail of every change, and payment records that check themselves against Stripe.
What Victor Handles
An Operator Built for the House
Victor takes the coordination overhead off your team — the phone, the book, the floor map, the vendor calls — so service stays sharp and your night runs smoother.
Phone & Ordering
Picks up inbound calls, takes to-go and catering orders against your live capacity, answers order-status questions, and handles arrivals. He tracks remaining portions through the day and tells guests when an item is running low, so a sold-out special stops being a phone call. Anything he can’t do — like changing an order — he captures with the caller’s details for your team. Designed to cover the hours your host stand isn’t staffed.Dine-in table booking is not live yet.
Guest Communications
Sends order confirmations and pickup reminders, review requests, the weekly menu, and sold-out waitlist alerts — by email or text, with consent captured and a one-tap unsubscribe. Handles routine guest questions (hours, dietary, parking) by phone or the on-site chat widget, so your host isn’t pulled away from the door.Loyalty triggers and occasion reminders are not live yet.
Owner Reporting
A live dashboard plus sales reporting, prep-versus-final counts, no-show tracking and call analytics (what people called about, what converted, what went unresolved) — with CSV exports. Designed so you can run the restaurant at a glance instead of from the back office at midnight.A single assembled morning briefing is not live yet.
On the roadmapComing Soon
Three things Victor does not do yet, so you can judge fit rather than find out later:
- Floor & table management — your floor map, party sizes, server assignments and turn times, flagging pressure points before service breaks down.
- Ticket flow awareness — kitchen pace, ticket times and comp patterns through your POS. Needs a POS that exposes ticket-level timing; we scope that per client.
- Vendor & supply coordination — recurring orders, low-stock flags, and invoices queued for your approval.
Ask us where any of these sit on the roadmap.
How It Works
From Phone Ring to Booked Table — Without Pulling Your Host Off the Floor
-
1
Connect Victor to Your Phone
Forward your existing line (or get a new local one). POS connections are on the roadmap, scoped per client during onboarding — we tell you honestly what connects and what stays manual. Setup is handled for you.
-
2
Train Him on Your House
We onboard Victor with your menu, hours, prices, ingredient lists, brand voice, and house policies. He learns your specific quirks — the item that sells out by noon, the add-on everyone forgets to ask about — instead of running a generic playbook.
-
3
Victor Runs the Coordination
He handles inbound calls, to-go and catering orders, order-status questions, arrivals, and the guest emails. Anything outside the playbook (VIP situations, complaints, special requests) he captures with the caller’s details and flags for the manager on shift.
-
4
Stratos Monitors & Tunes
Victor is the managed plan — Stratos reviews real calls and order data weekly, tunes his playbook, and adjusts to your menu changes and seasonal patterns. You get a teammate that gets better over time, not a generic agent.
Pricing
What Victor Costs

For food trucks and caterers. Victor answers the phone, books orders and events, and sends every call’s summary to your inbox (assembled daily owner briefing coming soon) — the essentials, without the full ordering setup. One missed catering call can be a $500–$5,000 job — one saved lead pays for months of Victor. Flat pricing — buy it directly and start onboarding in your customer portal.

FAQ
Common Questions About Victor
Not yet — dine-in table reservations are on Victor’s roadmap, not in the product today. What Victor runs right now is the phone: to-go and catering orders, order-status questions, arrivals, and guest questions — alongside whatever reservation platform you already use. If reservations are your main pain, tell us on the introductory call and we’ll be straight about timing.
Yes. English and Spanish are included on every plan at no extra cost. Victor auto-detects the caller’s language per conversation, or you can set a default.
Not through a direct connection yet — POS connections are on the roadmap and scoped per client during onboarding, and we tell you honestly what connects and what stays manual. Victor doesn’t need your POS to earn his keep: he runs his own ordering, payment, and reporting layer, so calls, to-go and catering orders, and guest emails all work from day one.
Anything outside his playbook — complaints, VIP situations, complex modifications, or a guest who asks for a human — Victor captures with the caller’s name, number, and details, and gets it to your team right away. The goal is fewer interruptions for the routine stuff and a clean hand-off for the things that genuinely need a manager. Live mid-call transfer is coming soon.
Yes — each location runs its own Victor with its own menu, hours, and phone number, so nothing bleeds between concepts. Listed pricing is per location; each additional location is added for an added fee. A consolidated cross-location view is on the roadmap.

FAQ
Victor AI questions
What does Victor AI actually do during service?
Victor answers inbound phone calls — to-go and catering orders, order-status questions, general inquiries — takes real orders against your live menu and capacity, sends secure payment links, checks guests in when they arrive, and keeps the guest emails moving: confirmations, pickup reminders, review requests. He's tuned by our team to fit your specific operation, not a one-size-fits-all chatbot.
Will Victor work for my small independent restaurant?
Yes — 1- to 3-location independents are exactly who Victor was built for. The bigger the chain, the more likely they already have a national vendor lock; independents get the most leverage from a managed AI manager.
Can Little Rock metro restaurants use Victor today?
Yes. We onboard restaurantsacross the Little Rock metro — Little Rock, North Little Rock, Conway, Cabot, Bryant, Benton, Sherwood, Jacksonville, and Maumelle. We're a downtown LR team building for the kinds of operators who can't afford to lose Friday-night reservations to a missed phone.
Does Victor integrate with my POS or reservation system?
Not directly yet — POS and reservation-platform connections are on the roadmap and scoped per client during onboarding, and we tell you honestly what connects and what stays manual. Victor runs his own ordering, payments, and reporting layer, so he works from day one without touching your POS.
How does Victor handle peak rushes — Friday dinner or Salt Bowl weekend?
Concurrent call handling is baked in. Where a human host can take one call at a time, Victor answers up to 8 calls at once as standard — higher limits available on request. That's the rush hour you don't lose anymore.
