Most people get the order wrong

First-time food entrepreneurs spend money on the wrong things first, then hit licensing and compliance walls that stall — or sink — the whole idea. Concept to Kitchen removes the guesswork: it’s the exact sequence of what to set up and when, from the boring-but-critical foundations to the day you take your first order. You bring the idea. The course brings the roadmap.

The right setup, in the right order

An operations & security foundation

It opens with the basics every owner should have before spending a dollar — strong passwords, IT best practices, and the things you need to know going in.

Pre-launch essentials, handled first

The foundational pieces every operation needs — a business phone, email, mailing address, and the rest — set up in the order that keeps them from becoming a bottleneck later.

Regulatory hurdles, cleared in sequence

The state and local requirements a food business has to satisfy — laid out in the order you actually need them, so nothing quietly stalls your launch.

A finish line you can see

You start with nothing but an idea. You finish with a fully functional, compliant catering business operating out of a ghost kitchen — the full path is sequenced for you, phase by phase, inside the course.

Built for one specific launch, in one specific city

Concept to Kitchen is for people starting a food business in Little Rock, Arkansas — specifically a catering operation run out of a ghost kitchen. First-time founders especially. Because it’s built around this one local path, every phase is relevant and there’s no filler: Arkansas state registration, a Little Rock business license, a local shared commercial kitchen, Arkansas health permits and inspection, and state tax setup, in the order you actually need them.

Launching somewhere else? You’re welcome to enroll, but the licensing and permit steps are Central Arkansas ones and won’t match your city or state — and that local detail is most of what you’re paying for.
